iam designing vco in 180nm technology using differential ring oscillator.we have to get sinusoidal output.but we getting costant dc line.our circuit n testbench n output we r getting are attatched below. we r not getting any oscillations.

iam designing ring vco for frequencies range 1.2ghz to 1.6ghz using cadence. iam unable to get the output.will u provide material for designing ring vco in the above range and if possible provide width values of nmos and pmos .
