I think you did not installed legacy development tool when you were installing linux.
For backward compatibility with Redhat 7.x, the legacy development tools should be installed for RHEL.
Now, I can run cdsdoc but still have a problem; the cdsdoc window freezes other...
cdslmd cannot open license file
After deleting "lmgrd" command line in .bashrc, everything becomes fine.
I think it is enough to run "lmgrd" only once.
I've found the solution. The error is because the c++ compiler is not installed at the initial installation.
Anyway, the developmnet package including the compiler can be installed by using "Install Package".
spectre models for mosfet
Are there any programs to convert the hspice model to the spectre model?
The mosfet models in MOSIS are only for HSPICE.
It takes long time to convert them manually.
