Thanks Privan! I didn't know this particularity... Probably this diode is good because the high voltage seems working (the CRT was loaded so I 'sense' it :-o ). I'll try to find a solution on the 3260 when I have more time... and I'll keep you informed if I found someone...

I search the schematic for these two oscilloscope. The PM3260 doesn't show any trace on the display (it seems that it's a 'classical' problem with this model??) and the PM3265 has burned after some minutes (before that, the symptom was the same that the PM3260)...
