inductor-based boost converter
I would like to know if somebody has tried to change the diode of a inductor based DC/DC boost converter to a MOSFET working as diode. I have tried it but a lot of SOAC appear in the simulation using 0.35 AMS technology (h35b4, 50V tech). If it should not work...
