Re: what is SBS
As far as I remember it is a silicone bilatral switch but any way a very good site for any abbreviation or any information is www.wikipedia.org

Re: voltage
Hi
a voltage feed back means u get a sample of the output voltage and add it to the input voltage if that voltage has the same polarity of the input voltage it is called positive feedback , and if it has a negative polarity compared to imput voltage it is called negative feedback...
Re: Measuring pico amperes?!
Hi
Very large input resistance can be achieved by using FET and MOS. but in this case you ll alter the actual current in the measured circuit that is why we use moderate input resistnce amplifires to boost the voltage drop across that resistance and as you know...
Hi
As the industry of resistors advanced and the size of a resistor became smaller it was difficult to read it without a magnifier and also so iy was easy to use colour code.

Hi
This is not a good practice because you dont have a solid ground, the most simple way is to use µa7805 (+ 5 v regulator ) and µa7905 ( - 5v regulator ) , this is optimum.
Hi
Injecting 25 ma in the base of uln200X will saturate it so you will use it as a switch only in your application if so you have to use a pull up resistor equal to Vcc divided by 0.1 amp and the resulting value will be the resistor value in Ω .
Hi
If I understood your question ucan use 2 of NE555 1 as monostable and 1 as astable and AND their outputs and you will have the requuired waveform each time ypu push the trigger input of the monostable.
