I want design a transmitter and receiver for long distance range in S band (2 to 4GHz except ism band 2.4 Ghz) with rate of 1-2 Mbps . how design do you propose?

1- this is clear. we use from contradiction that if m>n then subspace isn't independent and is dependence.
2-if for example in XY coordination, if a1X+a2Y=0; then a1=a2=0; also you can set another two basic vector in this cordinate.

you can in first step select (70^2)<5432<(80^2)
Then Y=(5432-4900)/(2*70)=3.8
Then 70+3.8=73.8
you can with a loop decrease the error and increase your certainly.

there is a solution maybe useful:
if we have a lookup table from square of number in domain of need, then we choose two square so that our number be between them, example: (73^2)<5432<(74^2)
then we choose form two threshold X1=73 & X2=74 nearest number to our number...
we said nsamp=fs/symr=7.5 as an example. this factor can be a number p/q=7.5223486643455778644356746746... for example.
but I think two ideas where two have owns problems:
1- we use a Pulse shaping with a lot of coefficient, then we use quantization and set a offset for choose coefficients...
