Why star in WBAN?
Hi
But in ring topology also, we would have one main hub connected in the ring to coordinate with the main centre. Assuming bidirectional ring, the farthest node from the ring would be diametrically opposite to the hub. Then if that node transmits data and keeping into account...
Re: Why star in WBAN?
Hi
In addition to it, even the addition/deletion of nodes are easy which is quite essential in BAN. The only major problem is if the main hub fails, what to do? I couldn't find many solutions for this problem. I thought of having a secondary backup hub which comes into play...
8086 program reference
No actually my prof. is teaching the instruction set of 8086. He has finished only basic data transfer and string instructions till now. He then gave this problem and told us to use only the instructions he has taught till date. Hence it was not possible for me to use any...
8086 simple program
Thanks for the algorithm.
But the source and the destination memory locations is the same. Also the restriction is that we cannot use jump instructions. In this case, your algorithm will not work as after every copy the pointers are to be decremented.

Hi
I am doing my project on network optimization of WBAN. I have found that all researchers have assumed star topology for the network. I couldn't understand why star is used even though it has the biggest disadvantage of single point failure?
What can be done in case the main hub fails in a...
Hi
I am trying this program for a long time but i am unable to find a solution. Kindly suggest me some solution.
128 bytes are stored in memory in a contiguous fashion. Write a program to reverse the order in which they are stored in the memory.

qualnet
Hi
What I am planning to do is to create a dynamic network. By dynamic I mean that the network automatically adjusts its properties(which are generally specified during network creation) like bandwidth, node protocols etc according to the load it experiences. For this, I would have to...
tutorial opnet
Hi
I am planning to do my final yr B.Tech project on Opnet. I wanted to know whether opnet supports the following features:
1. Importing from MATLAB.
2. The nodes are programmable.(ie if any property is to be added, it can be added by writing code)
3. New nodes can be defined...
Re: BAN
My friends have also suggested QUALNET. I have tried some features. It works really well. Here is the link to download it:

BAN
Hii..
Can u also tell some softwares over which these wireless sensor networks (BAN in particular) can be simulated? Can't I do it in MATLAB? Also please give some simulated code as an example. I am new in this field!
Thanx in advance....

Sachin
I have to start my final year B.tech project on BAN (simulation only) , its power minimization and fault tolerant design..kindly suggest some sites, research papers, software on which these can be simulated...
THANKS in advance...

Sachin
