Hi there..! I need to design an inverter using FinFETs..could anyone suggest how should i proceed, i mean which SPICE tool, technology file i should use...looking forward to hear from you guys :-)

i've few doubts about wat u've sent.
1)how u've set port address in hex,i've tried this many times but wont work 4 me.
2)the pin configuration u've set is different from my circuit diagram.should i change my circuit...

now a days PCs/laptops doesnt ve parallel/serial port,so it will be great if we have a ISP progammer with USB interface for PC.
i've tried ISP programmer with USB to parallel cable,but it doesnt work.
CAN ANYBODY KNOW THE SOLUTION ? ? ?

I've used ASIM khan flash progammer.
The software does not recognized my device correctly.It reads the microcontroller only when 89S53 is selected,though mine is 89S51.Also there is an error while writing,says that
