I m getting output Like as
000000100000001000000010000001000001.i have to convert it into as
000000111111111000000011111111000001
after getting first one it is shiffted as 0 to 1.like as it is alternate.

I am calculating threshold
in that i got 1*250 matrix
now i have calculate the magnitude differance in between two adjacent column
if this differance is less than a certain value then do previous column as zero otherwise these values keep as it is
