Problem with minimum density of a layer rule

Re: Minimum density Rule using poly to poly dummy capacitor between vdd and gnd is a good idea, thats serves the both, help to pass density rule check and also helps in case of noisy ground. placing poly on metal connection is other way.

any good paper on static comparator

Satic comparator is a simple one without any clock and in dynamic comparator we use clock and latch input.

    opamp positive feedback

pls specify what exctly u want to do or know, u can use positive feedback in comparator or oscillator, but be carefull about the unstability.thank u.

how to use body effect in my design

is it applicable to use body effect to change the Vth,by connecting the bulk with some variable supply.Pls give your suggestion.

any good paper on static comparator

in my specification it is working fine in static comparator, i think if i go for dynamic comparator in lay out it will be very much strenous to match the clock path, and it will burden me load thats why i am trying to avoid dynamic one.thank you.

Question about Fermi Levels at equilibrium

Re: Fermi Levels Fermi level is the minimum energy level that an lectron could achieve at absolute zero, as in MOS FET , at thermal equillibrium, no electron flows through semiconductor to metal through oxide or viceversa, that mean the fermi level are merged. Becz if there were difference in...

How to generate a "process independent" current so

Re: How to generate a "process independent" curren u can go through allen hallberg's book about current reference chapter , this will give you the initial idea about process independent current source. wish u good luck.

How does an Analog IC Tester test an OP-AMP?

op-amp tester are u also taking care of open loop gain, ugb, cmrr? i think measuring the bias current and offset voltage is also necessary, i hope u take care of those things also.

    Beginner in analog circuit design

electronics a.p malvino ebook download rapidshare sedra and smith are very useful and simple, and Razavi's cmos ckts really help, but for design perpose i think allen hollberg will do.

what is the best architecture to design a 8 bit 250msps dac?

Re: what is the best architecture to design a 8 bit 250msps thanx for your suggestion, yes current steering segmented architecture is know doubt very good one, but i desire to search if there is any new reserch work on any better architecture or not. i hope u get my point. thank u.
