Finding application for my voltage reference

"The IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC), also known as the “red rag” by many" - - - Updated - - - Maybe this is too much for you but here is a paper which presents a sensor with a supply voltage of 0.3V, maybe this can help you ? https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/6044963/

Finding application for my voltage reference

I don t really get the purpose of your block ? Why does he need a Vref = 0.3 V ?

Official abbreviation for "mega samples per second"?

Forgot to give you that in the lase post sorry https://www.ewh.ieee.org/soc/ias/pub-dept/abbreviation.pdf

Official abbreviation for "mega samples per second"?

If you look here (I don t know if it is not out of date) you will find there is no sample abbreviation, and see capital letter "S" is for Siemens and the tiny "s" is for second. But as i said, i ve seen more MS/s than Msps, because if you are talking about sampling rate, I really doubt someone...

I have seen a lot more MS/s than the others.

    [Moved]: S-parameter measurement simulation

That means you have an AC voltage source between node 3 (+) and 4(-) within a 0V DC component and a 1V AC component. - - - Updated - - - Sorry for the double post i did not found out any modify option. I just want to add "Vac" is only a label, you could name your voltage source V1 or Vxy.

    Comparison of s parameter graphs

Depends on the actual frequency your circuit will work, but if i assume it is 7.5GHz, i guess the second one is better but not that much. S11 is the reflection coefficient, so it gives you for a well known frequency how much power will come back to the source. If i remember well S11 has no...

Question on monte carlo mismatch for Differential amplifier

The monte carlo simulation is a statistical simulation, it gives you the circuit performance variation. Normally you should have something like the output offset average (the statistical mean) AND the variation around the average (variance) And within those 2 information you can almost...

[SOLVED] Basic question about the layout (common mode centroid configurations) - current mirror?

Re: Basic question about layout (commom mode centroid configuration) - current mirror I am pretty sure to have read it in "the art of analog layout" but I don t want to give you a bad answer so I m looking for it. If you can take a look at it (free pdf on internet) you have others things to check

    Searching for a component name

Hello guys! So i am trying to fix a machine drill and i have found a component which i don t know the name. Those components seem to be magnet cause they are really near the rotor and placed along one axis (facing each other but with 180° phase shift don t know if you get it). Here is a...

12 bit SAR ADC test result

Thank you Timeof, the time i want to answer to this, the thread was closed. Sorry I didn t see your answer .. Definitely the layout of the capacitors has to be done in a way to decrease parasitics capacitance on your bottom or top plate capacitor. I m not sure about the relation between...

    PMOS current source I-V characteristics

Hi, Put a positive Vg and simulate in DC within Vd varying from 0 to Vdd (here 1.2V). The reversed mode is to put the wrong polarity in your MOS. Check about the breakdown Voltage of a MOS It s not really clear for me too, if someone else can explain us the physics besides this?
