If the current in the conductor is nonuniform due to skin effect or proximity effect.
In what kind of software can simulate its distribution?
I heard that ansoft 2D/3D extractor maybe ok,
but I don't know how to do it.
Kindly pls. somebody help me further.
It is a big help!
Thanks in...
hi
could i say that for coupled two inductors,
each self-inductance =L/2, and the mutual inductance m=L/2,
thus, the total inductance =L?
And actually, the mutual inductance would be changed in the range of [0,L/2].
Am I right?
Thanks for your clarify!

signals and systems
hi
for signal and systems,
may be you can use "step()" in MATLAB.
more information and functions you can find the help files in MATLAB.
good luck!

cmos output impedance
How to obtain it?
and what is the relations with the source/drain resistance of mosfet?
For an individual mosfet, is the output resistance equals to the source/drain resistance?
Thanks in advance!
Regards!
Roy
Thanks for your reply!
In many cases, the invertor is simplified as a ideal source, a resistor and a capacitance, as shown in following figure.
How to calculate the resistance and the capacitance?
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards!
Is this ratio depend on the technology node?
And, if the source/drain resistance of NMOS and PMOS is R1 and R2, respectively.
The output resistance of CMOS is R1+R2?
many thanks!
Hi,
If the capacitance is small (pF), is there any kind of experiment can be done to mearsue it?
If yes, what's the principle of the mearsurement?
Thanks in advance!
