Interesting problem. I was working on a solution to it and gathered much information at one time. Here is some of what I learned:
1. Most wireless mice are at 27MHz since this is truely an international band free to use.

Try Jazz, they offer 0.35um (SiGe60) and 0.25um (SiGe90) processes. I really like using them and their prices are far better than I*M. They offer MPWs every other month (alternating SiG60/SiGe90) and the SiGe60 MPW runs are something like ~$40k.
They support both Cadence and ADS (not just RFDE...

Jazz has an excellent kit for both the SiGe60 (0.35um) and SiGe90 (0.25um) processes. They operate stand alone in ADS (does not require RFDE or Dynamic Link).
tsmc model for ads
which versions do you have? the design kits don't have the models embeded in them. they assume you have the models already from tsmc and then convert these libraries into the ads format, otherwise, the symbol views, etc. are included.

Go to IEEE Xplore and do a search for the SPECIFIC paper that you want, restricting yourself to 1. The IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques and 2. The IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters (IEEE Microwave and Guided Wave Letters) and I will download the papers you need.

Macromodeling with Spice
I have a copy of this book. I reference it often for those macro circuits to create those necessary circuit blocks not implemented in SPICE. It is a rather old book and I don't think an ebook version exists.
