    sdram addressing I want to design a sdram controller using an FPGA but I do not understand how the linear address from a microcontroller can be translated to the 2 stage address used by the SDRAMs. Any reference/description regarding this will be great! Thx in advance.

    rtos mailbox Can anyone suggest me a text/website where I can find good material about the design and working of Mailboxes in RTOS...all the sources I have checked till now provide only a brief overview of mailboxes but do not talk about the actual (C) implementation etc.

    I agree, any of these uC will be more than sufficient to do the job and u can also get free samples from Microchip for these parts....also the code should be pretty straightforward and if u can provide a better description of the problem then i guess there are several users who can help u with...
