Thank You. It worked all the way... By the way, the mistake was mine in hardware connection. My sim900D breakout board was powered by an adapter, and it was about to be biased by 5V(vcc, gnd) more while connecting in the direct rx, tx pin of that breakout board. I didn't know this fact of that...
