    remove dc offset from signal matlab you can use bias block from simulink math block library. and provide the proper biasing value

    dc offset matlab may be by adding the same amount of dc to the signal with apposite sign. but u need to calculate every time to add dc.

    i think u are using XILINX FPGA for that. then you sud first explore the FPGA's which ever you selected, like vertex 2 pro. and u can find the library associated with that FPGA. and i hope there is a library for serial to parallel converter.
