radio clock chip
Hi Nora,
The microprocessor derives its internal clock (8MHz) from the crystal.
The transmitter should contain a PLL (with VCO) that is used to translate the
baseband data at 70MHz.
I hope this helps.
Best regards
Hi Saeed,
The circuit depicted in your drawing is a simple negative half wave rectifier.
The circuit will pass the negative half of the input signal. In other words:
when Vin>0, diode is reverse biased, Vout=0.
when Vin<0, diode is forwad biased, Vout=Vin assuming ideal diode.

co channel rejection
Hello,
Usually, co-channel performances are mainly determined by the equalizer performances. Just to be sure about you set-up. Do you perform the measurements at system level? By system, I mean are you using a baseband...?
Hello,
Modern VNA are able to display VSWR vs freq. Otherwise, you can make S11 measurements and then use the following formula VSWR = (1+S11)/(1-S11) to deduce VSWR.
Hope that helps.
RFCMOS
Hi,
Actually it depends on the standard used. The max. output power depends on the MS power class. In GMS900, most of phones are power class 4 and transmit 33dBm (2W) while they are class 1 in DCS1800 and transmit 30dBm (1W).
For more data, check the 3GPP site in the section specification...

Hope that helps
Hello,
You should to refer to the 3GPP standard.
Have a look to the following link also:

Hope this helps.
