Hi,
I want to set the temperature to 110° (celciuc) in my Hspice netlist (45 nm predicive technology model).
I know ¨ .temp 110¨ is fine but I am not sure the final temperature will be ¨110+27¨ or 110 (because tnom is 27 in technology model). Which one them is correct?

I think windows 7 can´t support Hspice 2003.03 or even 2007. I did it many times. or I should do some setting more than in XP. I used to use Hspice in XP and I did,t have any problem in installation.
