hi
1- no that is no need to excite all of them except for circular polarization or multimode use
2-i have doubt that we can use term of out of phase for this situation because this waves are excited and received separatlly(except for circular polarization)
3-i have not seen any application that...
as i said yah, but the condition for existence of multi wave in waveguide is that you should excite all of them in same time ,
as different modes have different maximum field location in general then there is is a limitation

hi

hi, no , in fact im simulating a RDRA and in hfss is an infinite ground boundary option, and my question is about this ground option, is that condition for earth ground?
because the patten with or without this option is so different
thanks for your answer

hi im using grounded substrate with dimension 50mm*50mm and my results dont match with paper results, whats wrong?

i used infinite ground boundary condition in hfss and my answer get better,
but i have another question, what is effect of "infinite ground boundary...
hi first you see a tree on your left side of hfss windows, if you look you 'll find analysis, then right click on it and select add solution, then new page will appear, first chose a frequency that you gana analysis the straucture then choose number of pass and at last choose amount of delta s...
