Hello all,
My mother has been using a ES-62Y Sharp washing machine (i.e. semi-automatic) and its timer (i.e. mechanical time switch: Sankyo 26H7) was fired due to short circuiting.
The timer contains 4-pins. And such timers are now not available in the market (market has only 5 and 6 pins...
This is the cct:

The motor is 12 V /80 rpm motor... I directly tried with 6 V and the required current was about 250 mA (max current across L293D is 600 mA!!)
Hello,
I used PWM with PIC16F877A to control a geared DC motor. MikroC was used for programming. I used an ULN2003 IC to drive the motor. Whenever I connect a LED or checked using the voltmeter, my program is working properly. However, as I connect the DC motor the motor produces an audible...
Hi,
In one of my digital electronics exam paper we had to design a Binary->Gray code converter using PLDs. It is given that it should be implemented in the MOST ECONOMICAL way. What should I have to select? PLA, PAL or PROM(EEPROM)?
I selected PROM as we need only 4-bite wide 9 memory locations...
Thanx for uer reply.
I searched the forum and got a schematic+PCB layout of a PicKit2 Clone. Let me know whether I kant program PIC18F2550 using a JDM programmer. What is the use of a parallel port?
I found GTP usb programmer circuit is a pretty small one. IS it possible to program all...
PICFLASH & LV-PIC?
Hello,
Does anybody know what PICFLASH & LV-PIC softwares are? Are they use for USB PIC programming? If so how to find such a programmer? Also, how they differ from JDM programmers?
Regards,

Hello,
I'm a newer to the µC world. I need to build a reliable USB based PIC programmer as I do not have serial/parellel ports in my notebook.
16F**** / 16C****/ 18F**** are what I wanna program.
Also mention the compatible programming softwares(i.e. MPLAB, WINPIC, ICPROG, etc). It would be...
