I am using Maxwell 2D&3D from Ansoft to do transformer design. I can use it to plot different figures, such as energy distribution, H field, current density and so on, but I don't know how to calculate loss (copper loss and core loss). Do you know how to do this?

I am trying to design a transformer using Maxwell 3D. While I have not really used the tool before, I was wondering if anyone would have the manual for the software. I think a design example with some simulation results would help me immensely.
