The best way for doing this is to place vertically which is to place and route and you can add dummy both the sides.

please can any one help me to understand the pmos and nmos in finfet. In higher node pmos is twice of nmos in the mobility carrier, but in finfet both pmos and nmos mobility is same i.e., width.
