In post processing you can choose the parameter for which you want to know the phase simply selecting the parameter and using ang_deg or and_rad depending the phase unit (degree or radians).

In my opinion it's difficult to realize a interdigital filter for a people without any experience, anyway you can try to read the book of Matthaei at pag 617 you can find the table 10.06-1 in wich all the step that you have to follow...
