Can you implement a PID controller so the sensor output matches the input sine wave?

Re: PID controller What's a amplitude control loop? I tried searching online but couldn't find anything

Can you implement a PID controller so the sensor output matches the input sine wave?

I've a sine wave input goes goes through the system. I'm monitoring output using a sensor. The system lag is about a few milliseconds. Is it possible to implement a PID controller so that the sensor output matches the input sine wave? Input sine wave frequency: 100Hz The system consists of a...

    add lag to signal/delay line

Is there some way I can add 1/60sec lag to a signal without messing up all the frequencies in the signal? I was thinking about a delay line but I have never used one. Can someone tell me where I would get one and which one I should get?

Notch filter for 60Hz and its harmonics

Does anyone know of any IC or circuit that the not only removes 60Hz but also its harmonics?
