done with hot air gun,
i dont know what was the problem,
but its working now :p
i just hit with 220 digree all parts near lan port and problem solved :D

i mean onboard lan (inbuilt in motherboard)
there was a yellow mark on my lan card in device manager, i was not able to do anything,
bios working fine no hanging problem in bios , only hang while windows loading process , some time enable lan card in bios...
