hi guys,
My professor required us to do it using LTSPICE, which has a testbench for calculating loopgain in feedback.
Does anybody know how to do it in Hspice? If someone can share a piece of netlist, that will be appreciated.

My professor just gave us a homework, which requires us to include these parameters in our simulation.
.model nmos nmos vto=0.7 kp=100u phi=1 gamma=0.7
+ lambda=0.1 kf=0.3e-29 cox=5m AS=2.88p AD=2.88p PS=0 PD=0
Most of the parameters are level=1, but not AS AD PS PD. I changed it...
Hi, I think you may misunderstand...
I can use NCSU 1.6, but I don't have the rul files for assura, so I can just do DRC and LVS in virtuoso.

This is the first line of my license file:
SERVER 127.0.0.1 ANY 27000
I can ping 127.0.0.1 without Internet.
And this is my license setting
export CDS_LIC_FILE=27000@127.0.0.1
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=$CDSHOME/share/license/license.dat
It works with Internet.

1. I set PCAOCN as 127.0.0.1 as my local address
2. It still doesn't work without Internet connection. If I delete these two files and connect to Internet, when I open a layout that is based on NCSU lib, it will report a lots errors like "100 packets are not defined", like display.drf.

Hi, guys, I have IC614 and MMSIM72 on my laptop, and I also use NCSU 1.6 CDK.
Recently, I found that I cannot launch virtuoso without Internet, CIW window will wait for Internet for like 5 min and then give up and crash. Here is the log file. Please help me to fix it. Thanks.
