hi all...
im developing student project about data acquisition from SHT11 Sensor (temp and hum), and i have develop the microntroller using AVR,
in the program in AVR, i make statement
if data from serialport = 1, then read temperatur
else if data from serialport =2, then read humidity
so i...
GPS in C Language
hi all..
i want to design environment monitoring service,one of the sensor is GPS,
now, i want connect GPS with Microconntroler, but i still problem with the language, i prefer to using C for all my sensor...
does anyone have the C code for GPS...
is it realizable if i...
hi guys...i have Garmin but its USB connection and dont have Serial(RS232) connection, i doesnt considered about the connection, i think USB dan RS232 it not have any differences, USB is look easy, isnt? my problem is i want to connect my Garmin USB 18 to embedded computer which i can't install...

i'm now still design LNA for weather satellite reception (137.5 Mhz). some friends, suggest me to use multisim...but i cant simulate it..
i have been review many design about this LNA (maybe ten, i found in web), but i'm still confuse how to simulate it..
i have been build the model...
i dont know what you mean....you have been simulated in software or no?...
you can use network analyzer and chamber room (just like room that isolated from external signal)...to get real VSWR and Return Loss and to know the real bandwith
maybe you can contact university to tested it...
Re: noise temperature
Te (noise temperature) = (Fn-1)To
Fn = noise factor
To = reference temperature
Te = K To log-1[NF/10]-1
K is boltzman contant

may be it help you
i have been made microstrip folded dipole antena for TV reception, it very good for reception..
the method to make it only trial and error used microwave office..
i not found the formula to syntesis the width or the length....
i assume only when it need more bandwith and lower frequency it...
cascode lna
hi Guys...
im will design LNA for weather satellite (137 Mhz)..if i googling in the web it many design of this LNA...and mostly is only single stage and common-source configuration...
why it doesnt design by differential or cascode....
is it any advantages or disadvantages of...
antenna design
it easy if u use microstrip antenna,, you can simulate it in microwave office..great tools to make patch antenna....
spiral antena also good for your design....
yaps...you can outsourcing that in third world like indonesia, malaysia, and malaysia or India or China...
it very cheap to fabricated the microstrip circuit because low cost worker...
bf998 spice model
im undertsand what you mean...
so im must use non linear model...i get it the file from NXP semiconductor....
it is just like in other thread in LNA ..
* BF998 SPICE MODEL OCTOBER 1993 PHILIPS SEMICONDUCTORS
* ENVELOPE SOT143 (R)

bf998 biasing
yaps...
i think, that the reason why it doesnt work with other frequency...
but what you (vfone) mean about a simulation software...is you mean BF998 can not be simulate by ADS...because the paramater is specified at one bias point so whatever i configured the bias circuit, i...
bf998 lna
thanks for the help...
but i still confuse with this file paramater...
i use in the ampliefier design guide > s-parameter in ADS, it doesnt work well. The noise figure not change when i use different frequency and voltage... my friends said that maybe the typical ofthe S...
list of companies that are giving free samples
i have sample from phillips (now NXP), i think if you explain with your purpose ecsply for education (final year project) you can easy to get it....but it depend on your dstributor, (maybe)....
