I have a PCB file that contains to panelized boards. One of them is placed in mirrored. I fabricated this board in this situation and want to place the panel in the Pick and place machine. I tried to get pick and place file for the panel from the Altium but there is a problem...

Hi everybody
I want to grabb digital 24 bit per pixel video from PAL format analog video. I find the PAL video decoder TW9912 from Intersil that could decode analog PAL video to CCIR565 YUV422 digital video stream. How could i grab the 24 bit per pixel image from this digital video stream...
