I designed this folded cascode to give me a gain of 63 dB and a GBW of 200MHz , I am using this to make the following peak detector
The Vpeak signal doesnt seem to be following the input signal ( frequency 20MHz)

I'm working on a peak detector in TSMC 65nm with a 20MHz bandwidth requirement and could use some assistance. Any tips, resources, or expertise you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Linearity IIP3 of -15.5 dBm
Noise Figure 35dB
Also, another problem I have is that I can't seem to find the attenuation of the adjacent channel needed from the standard, so I assumed a -16.5 looking at different receiver projects
