Ok. But isn't it possible to plot radiated near-field on the parallel surface to the planar structure, on 10 or 100 micrometer distance for example?

Dear friends. I have a planar microwave structure (fig.) and I want to know how is the near field looks like on the surface of this structure? How I can do that?
I did several things:
1) I used Near field Setup but I cant get the data for 2D distribution I only can get 3D plot
