Microstrip - real lines - ADS

ads microstrip Hello everybody, Can you tell me where I can find information about microstrip lines? I have to use it to match an amplifier thanks to single stubs. I did it with ADS and ideal TLINES but I have not yet managed to do it with real microstrip. Thanks a lot. Nicolas.

ADS how to use the S_parameter box?

s_parameter simulation on ads Hello everybody, I would like to perform a little simulation thanks to ADS. I have got S parameters of a device and I would like to adapt it in 50 Ohms in Input and output. Can you explain me out to configure my "box" with these parameters? Thank you! Nicolas.

The design steps for the Gilbert cell down conversion mixer

mixer Yes you can try to calculate the poles. The thing is, first you have to make the hand calculation. And after that try with a simulator. Do not hesitate to tune your structure to get results as good as possible.

    Single-ended to Differential

Hello, Thereis an easy way to do that. You can you a differential amplifier. You put one of the input on it DC-Bias and on the other your signal. You will collect the output (differential) as usual in a diff amp. I hope it helped you. Bye Nicolas

The design steps for the Gilbert cell down conversion mixer

mixer Hello, Well, the thing is the size transistor will affect not just one parameter. To sum up, it will affect the gain and also the frequency. I advise you to start building your mixer to the required gain. After that you will take a look at the frequency. It is important to know which...

    Full Differential and Single Ended

fully differential signaling Hello, Maybe I make a mistake but one of the main reason for using a fully diff device is it ability to cut down the noise.
