ok after testing with above my circuit and check in real machine with actual data and calculated data below is the result. i think this is good but i need more improvement in circuit to adjust output error with some trim pot and some circuit.

Ok i have a test below circuit and this circuit i have set current 1.5mA and got the output is 276.2mV and via opamp- i got nearly 7.02V of Out+ and Out-.
i think something wrong because 1.5mA sensor output is calibrated 95.5mV why i am getting 272.6mV?
is that possible atmosphere pressure...

+Sup and -Sup is the current source supply.
First circuit is use only for power the sensor and the second circuit is the measure the output.

Now Problem is Solved .
Actually the problem is without load connected the green led is Blinking.
But when i connected load SMPS working properly.
I have contacted MeanWell Company and then they suggest me solution.
Actually i have a checked all Capacitor using Capacitor meter and also Their Tops is Flat.
And also i have traced FeedBack Path and didn't find any problem.
And my power supply is 1.5 year old.
i only find problem in Fuse and RTC (NTC) which has blown and i placed new one.
i have checked all component with multi meter and also capacitor motor but didn't found any problem.
Now checking TL431 ic and side component but that look also good.
ok doing more testing on this.
