hi
how to give ports to ground plane
I should get "VSWR<2"...
My antenna is having a microstrip feed with width 3mm and length 11.5mm,ground length is 11.5 and width 30mm....thickness of substrate is 1.58
dielectric constant is 4.4.....
Re: UWB antenna using Zeland
hi
if urs is a microstrip feed use negative port for ground plane .....
in ur fig u didnt use negative port for gnd plane,so do use that one
u will get for sure
i am uploading geo file with negative port
for better help upload ur paper
hi
i am dng my 4th yr project on "printed circuit antenna fr UWB approach".
in that he used stepped patch approach for getting VSWR<2.can any one help the
usage of stepped patch and also there design equations?
for ur reference i will appload my fig and paper .........waiting for ur...
monopole ground plane
hi
can any one help
whether there is any particular formulae for the length of microstrip feed
or we can take any length for the feed
why we define a negative port for ground plane in micro strip feeding
hi
In my paper he used a stepped patch approach for uwb application
in this 9 dipoles is used ,each dipole is having different freq(in steps of 2Ghz)
operating range is 6-22 Ghz,a microstrip feed is used er=4.4,h=1.58......
i am attaching my paper for ur understanding if any.............plz...
