ac analysis in transistor
Why we use input, output and bypass capacitors in Common-Emitter Amplifier.
And why we replace capacitors by short circuit for AC Analysis of Transistor
Re: saturation
I consulted many books and reached to the following conclusion:
In npn transistor,
‘Saturation region’ is when both the base-emitter (BE) and the base-collector (BC) junction is forward biased.
It occurs only when
V(BE)=0.7 and V(BC) >0 and V(CE) < 0.7
According to the...
Somebody plz explain me what is saturation region and saturation point
I read that saturation region is when collector and base is forward biased,
and collector is forward biased only when voltage across CE is less than 0.7V.
So why saturation point is not at 0.7V.
Figure is attached
Plz solve this question for the attached figure:
iS=10u(-t) - 20u(t) A.
iL= current through inductor
vC= voltage across capacitor
Find
(a) iL(0-);
(b) vC(0+);
(c) vR(0+);
(d) iL(infinity);
Ans:
10 A; 200V; 200V; -20 A;
Plz solve and give reasons for these answers
multisim switch
I designed a circuit using Time Delay Switch "TD_SW1" to switch voltage source from 12V to 6V for 0.5 sec, and get graph of current through a resistor from 0 to 2 sec. But while doing Analysis, the switch did not work.
Whole graph was plotted only considering 12V source.
So...
