if your programmer works with serial port address, the usb to serial can not be used (because it just simulate the com port using driver) and you should use the com port driver ....

does any body know , how can i apply a earth on digital circuit ?
shoud i directly connect it to Ground Panel on Pcb or there is a special circuit
to do this ?

1) use low pass filter at th input of ADC.
2) use isolated ground on your Project. (DC-DC converter is best choice)
3) u can also use DSP Algoritms to reduce the input side noise.
the type of Mosfet is not your problem
u can easily select a mosfet which support the motor nature Current and also with Peak current 10 time bigger than that current
Re: opamp adc merging
try this
1) Select an opamp with hi (as much as it can be) input side resistance.
2) place a current amplifier between your circuit coupler (u can built it with Opamp at the input of ADC).
how to use a triac instead of a relay
Hi
if u want to switch a system with low-medium power the best choice is triac, instead if your system use large power u can use relay.
if u have trouble with Relay EMI , u can isolate it using optocuplers.
if there is a troble yet i can help u.

try this on your prject
1) use isolated powersupply on power switching and control side.
2) use opto cuplers to isolate control signals form your power switching side.
