I want to design a bandpass filter using equivalent circuit of a two port MEMS resonator. My frequency is 400 MHz. I want to start with the schematic and then design the layout in momentum.
I want to simulate the spiral inductor in ansoft. How can i see the capacitive behaviour of the spiral inductor after making the geometry.My geometry is a simple spiral coil with two ports.

i saw your post regarding varactor diodes , so i thought you might be fimiliar with them. I need to know how can i do biasing of the varactor diode in ADS. Secondly how can i model the varactor diodes in ADS and plot their capacitances with respect to voltage in ADS.

I am working on transduction mechanisms in MEMS devices.There are two transduction schemes namely Electrostatic and Piezoeletric.I need a MATLAB code where i can compare the two mechanisms.Some kind of simulation results.
