Need an advice on buying signal generator.

Unfortunately we don't have anything like that in Yemen also I really can't afford buying units like Rigiol or any other brand at the moment. I would have to manage with what I got. Thanks anyway David, I appreciate your response

Need an advice on buying signal generator.

Hello, I want to buy a signal generator "not an expensive one". I searched aliexpress and found those two, what do you think is better? or if you have another one you can tell me about in the same price range, please do. **broken link removed**...

[SOLVED] Qustion about ECG cable resistance.

OK, it turns out that the resistances are not the problem as crutschow said, the two cables have different order of the pins and that what gives wrong readings. Thanks guys.

I need help with (AC - Automatic Voltage Regulator) troubleshooting.

Hello guys, I have an "AC - Automatic Voltage Regulator" that had been behaving oddly, when connecting more than one device it's relays go crazy, when connecting one or two devices it doesn't do that! I open it up and found a blown electrolytic capacitor, it's so damaged that I couldn't...

[SOLVED] Qustion about ECG cable resistance.

Thanks crutschow for your response, the resistors measure 4.7K ohms

[SOLVED] Qustion about ECG cable resistance.

Hello guys! First I'm not sure if this thread should be here, if it's not accept my apologies. My question is regarding an ECG cable I bought for my father "he's a doctor" that didn't work on the device, after checking with the one that works it seems that the difference between the two is the...

    [SOLVED] Help identifying electronic component.

Thanks :), what confused me is the absence of tolerance color! I thought that black in the side means tolerance of 20%

    [SOLVED] Help identifying electronic component.

Hello all, Can anyone help me identify this component, I think it is an inductor but I'm not sure, also if it's an inductor how to read it's color code? since it has only three colors instead of four as the standard color code. Thanks in advance :)

[SOLVED] why using CMOS 4069 inverter as ampilifer?

Thanks guys  I reuploaded the image in my last comment. I still did not fully understood the operation of the inverter as an amplifier :-( because there is no equation that give the gain. the parallel tuned circuit is configured to be at resonance at the 120khz frequency and hence a...

[SOLVED] why using CMOS 4069 inverter as ampilifer?

Thanks guys for all the information you are all awesome! From what I understand now is that the CMOS inverter has some linear amplification characteristic when configured with a feedback resistor, the desginer from microchip used this characteristic and placed a parallel tuned circuit as to...

[SOLVED] why using CMOS 4069 inverter as ampilifer?

In microchip application note AN236, a 4069 inverter is used as an amplifier in the receiver, and I can't understand the reason for that. I tryed to simulate the inverter as it shown in the datasheet with feedback resistor using LTspice but that didn't get me anywhere, can anyone help me...
