maybe the way you add fading is not right, in this setence
Xtch=Xk1.*y+(sigma*(Gnoise));
y should be your channel fading,
your channel fading is the same length as your symbol
your symbol hasn't CP
the way of adding fading in time domain...

in MMSE OFDM channel estimation algorithm, the channel correlation matrix is used to calculate the channel response.
my question is how can we get the channel correlation matrix?
should we calculate the matrix use the empiristic channel model?

in my opinion, depuncture is just adding zeros on the position that punctured at TX.
if the codes input is soft, it is still soft output.
in the viterbi decoder, these zeros will be treated as error codes.
in my opinion there are two kinds of soft dicision for viterbi: soft input and hard output, soft input and soft output.
for puncture, you should insert the 0s before decoding according to the puncture pattern.
