    re: serial communication - two PC's (Win 8 & DOS) thanks i have Teraterm for windows and i know nothing about serial in DOS do i need to first OPEN PORT and finally CLOSE it, or not. and how receive it in windows, any handshaking required? i mean how to wait to receive files.

    Hi i have altium designer v15.0.14 i dont know how work with its component placement --> autoplacer when i use it nothing happens. in previews versions it worked but i cant understand it. anybody has toturial or video link of this and how it works? do you advise this method or manual placement?
