I am building a voltage mode driver for a SERDES transceiver, I am trying to run simulations using spectre to check the return loss of the driver, but normal s-parameter simulation matches to small signal impedance only, not to Ron of the device which gives me inaccurate results.

I am trying to process some data from cadence, however, the results are always inaccurate because the calculator approximates the number as the transient time increases, is there a way to stop cadence from approximating the numbers ?
