I need halp.
4-bit full adder which can add two (4 bit) binary numbers and produces a
(4-bit) binary sum plus carry out. i want to Use switches for inputs and decodes
(7 - Segment display) for output. The carry should be shown by an LED.
I tried to put schmitt trigger but the problem is if I take it as IC there is limitation,and if I take it as a circuit the output voltage of schmitt as i know is from +E to -E (+15 to -15,OP) is bad as input for jk counter.

I got a prblem.
I have numbers of phtoresistors,each of them I put it in voltage divider circuit to take this dividered voltage as an clock input to J-K counter 74xx76, this voltage increas when the the light decreas .I toke one photoresistor cct and step up my hand over it but the counter...
