    Modelling Aluminum Electrolyctic Capacitor in MWO(?)

    I find it hard to find S-param model for Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor. Anybody tried modelling this CAPS in MWO? I'd like to have its Impedance over frequency response.

    [SOLVED] RF Power Amplifier Tuning Tips for Low Gain and Gain Flatness

    hi biff44, i could not see any spur or oscillation in the spectrum analyzer even at -80 noise floor. however on my setup of small signal S-parameter in vector analyzer, mu seems to be <1 on some frequencies which should indicate some instability, right? in that sense, any tips or suggestions...

    [SOLVED] RF Power Amplifier Tuning Tips for Low Gain and Gain Flatness

    please see the picture below for the package another thing i notice is with the amplifier DC turned-on (no RF input) @ Idq=400mA, when i connect a 50-ohm RF cable (hanging, no termination) at the output SMP port, the Idq increases to around 1040mA (cable length=320mm). At 270mm cable length...

    [SOLVED] RF Power Amplifier Tuning Tips for Low Gain and Gain Flatness

    hi mariana, thanks for the response. the transistor is an LDMOS plastic package with 2 die transistors inside. their common source are internally connected to its ground flange.

    [SOLVED] RF Power Amplifier Tuning Tips for Low Gain and Gain Flatness

    To our RF experts, Kindly share your experiences on this: I did a MWO simulation for a 20W UHF broadband amplifier (470MHz to 900MHz). The simulated linear gain is around 17 to 19dB. Available test eval board of the transistor in standard Push-pull class AB config has a gain of around the same...

    VARIABLE PHASE SHIFTER (Open circuit)

    The broadband open circuit can be a reversed-bias PIN diode, right or maybe you have other recommendations on steering a phase shift from -40 to 40 degrees

    How to implement a Quasi OPEN Circuit with Phase from -30 to +30 Degrees?

    I have a broadband input range. I would like to terminate it with a length of ope-circuit transmission line whose angle can be rotated from say -30 degrees to +30 degrees. What's the best solution you recommend for this phase shifter?

    VARIABLE PHASE SHIFTER (Open circuit)

    How would you do it for a broadband circuit (1GHz to 1.4GHz) terminated as OPEN and can vary the phase from 50 to -50 degrees as shown below;

    VARIABLE PHASE SHIFTER (Open circuit)

    Hello, My goal is to have a circuit that is broadband OPEN, with a variable phase angle from say 40 degrees to -40 degrees. How will you do this with inductor and capacitor?
