I use power regulator which is composed of two transistors, for making step down voltage function.
First transistor provides 36V from 48V and the second transistor produces 20V from 36V.
And the 20V ideal for the 7812 regulator IC
to drive the IR2110 and further circuit.
Here is the Pure Sinewave UPS design, which is the common for use in 12V & 24V exept few changes.
I have been making and selling this UPS for the last two years.I found this design absolutely right in
all the aspects.
But the problem is that, this design works very well at 12V & 24V circuits,but...
Mr PNJBTR and Tahmid,
i want to tell you before i am working at IR2110 and you talking about TLP250.
i want to use 4port like OS1,2,3,4 not 2 pin.
do you have done it.
if done explain.
The main problem which I have to face is that, the OSC3,OSC4 become LOW condition containing 0 volts during Charging mode, while the OSC1,OSC2 remain in working condition containing 1.5 volts each.
As a result of this, the charging current becomes higher than normal,Can any body explain the reason...
Some problems are being faced by us in connecting the IR2110 module to the PORTS,such as OSC1.OSC2,OSC3,OSC4 ,The problem is that the voltage level on these PORTS is insufficient to drive the IR2110 in perfect mode.
When the voltage were measured, approxmately 0.4 volts were present on each port...
