Hi, Christmas is coming up & I would like to make a POV clock for my mother & father.
One problem. I've never made me before lol.
Has anyone made one that could share a good starter clock for me to build?
I have less than a month to complete it. Lol, yeah that's not very much time for me haha
I used singing for an example.
I would like to build a RC vehicle, specifically a quadcopter. For learning purposes, I would like to go DIY.
Transmitter: Toggle > Encoder > Modulator > RF Amplifier
^The above would be an RC transmitter. As noted above, I have an understanding of what makes up...
Transmitter: Toggle > Encoder > Modulator > RF Amplifier
^Assume the "Toggle" is me singing for a length of 1 minute. Let's also assume that I've kept a constant amplitude of 10V.
From my understanding, the encoder takes an extracted portion of the analog signal & converts it into binary...
Transmitter: Toggle > Encoder > Modulator > RF Amplifier
Receiver: Decoder > Servo
At what point does the Anolog signal get changed into digital? After the encoder on the transmitter & before the servo on the receiver?
All communcation is sent w/ bits. What do these bits correspond to...
Lumens: Measure of total light output emitted by source
What happens when I take 10 steps back & the intensity decreases? Would that be lumens or can lumocity change. In other words, is "lumens" relative to OR not?
Some of you may have seen these on Youtube or possibly put one together yourself!
I'm looking for some insight.
Here,
Telescope:
Refracting VS reflector
Instrument will be used in daylight ONLY. Goal is great focus for up to 10 miles. Not sure what the bandwidth is on a reflector & a...
I don't understand the link. Why hack a webcam only to remove it's IR filter when I can just use one of my security cam's on hand that already can pick up IR
Meh, anything exceeding 5mW can damaged your eyes. I'm very familiar w/ the dangers of class 4 lasers. Of course, this instrument will be used in a very secluded, private area & safetey glasses are a must.
I'm here to figure the mathematical equation to figure watts diverted. There has to be a...
I am in the process of building a night vision device. IIT's are quite expensive, so I was hoping to build an IR illuminator. However, instead of using IR throw LED's, I was hoping to use a single IR laser diode. The IR beam would then be sent through some type of lens (like a biconcave), &...
