Hello.. im currently doing LC VCOs for a paper and i cant seem to understand how the differential output of LC VCOs connect with the rest of the PLL. i've seen some VCOs but they seem to only have single output. can anybody help?
hello everyone, im wondering if it would be possible to make the output of my vco into one? im planning to use it in a PLL but there are two outputs that are not in phase. thanks in advance
hello, thanks for replying.. but i cant understand why we can't see the output and frequency can you please elaborate?.. i've got a decent oscillation in my simulations or is that not what the actual output is? i'm trying to use it in a PLL as VCO btw
i'm trying to use a VCO with LC active inductor but i noticed that there are two ouputs vo+ & vo-.. do i only use one? or is it even viable? thanks in advance
So i've been trying to simulate an LC oscillator while using an active inductor in TSMC 65nm and it hasn't been able to do it. the mos are operating properly but the output just won't oscillate. are there certain aspects in which i have to watch out for when tackling active inductors?
