hi
I have a '.asm' file as a firmware code which I am unable to compile using Atmel studio 6.The error is 'MakeFileGenFailureException captured.and error in generating MakeFile.so what probably I can do to rectify this? What this error means?
Hi SpeedEC
As it is a pmos switch, whenever the gate voltage is high the switch ll turn off right and vice versa.so as my circuit is like this
5v o------------------{S--D}-----(output)----|<|--------o 3.3v
control.......................G
5Vs ll be the output when switch is on(i.e low gate...
Hi Mahdi
Thanx for ur reply
I was wondering that why my pmos switch wont turn off if i apply 5 volts to the gate.I am planning to have 5v at (source + gate) side and 3.3 v on drain side.now whenever i ll give 5v to gate the switch ll remain off and the output ll be 3.3 volts.do u think it ll...
Hi
I have a 5 volt supply and a 3.3 volt supply and i need a switch which can choose between those 2 supplies and give an output which is either 5v or 3.3 v.i want to have a mosfet switch.can anyone tell me which mosfet to use and is my circuit correct?

Hi
can anyone suggest me any atmel microcontroller which can be used instead of attiny2313(with common instruction set and electrical specification as attiny2313)?I want a 40 pin microcontroller.
For high voltage programming of microcontrollers,a high voltage should be present only for some time period on MCLR pin so what type of switches can we used on programmer for this purpose?
What device can I use on my programmer to raise vdd(5v) to 8-9v? I have to manage the voltage strictly between 8-9 voltage for programming in high voltage mode. Can anyone help me out?
hI FvM
Actually according to my MCu specification the high programming voltage is strictly between 8-9volts.so i need a device on programmer which can take care that my voltage should remain strictly between 8 and 9 volts.

Hi
Can anyone help me regarding how to increase my vdd(5v) to programming high voltage(8-9v)(at MCLR) pin so that i can make my mcu to enter into programming mode?
Thanks in advance

Milind
