    Help me repair a non-responding Wavetex 27xt

    Does anyone have experience repairing DMMs? I have a wavetek 27xt that doesn't respond to some functions or settings and some times it sort of "freezes". For ex.. It doesn't read voltage in the low settings. Any help will be greatly appreciated. :( :( :(
