Does anyone have experience repairing DMMs? I have a wavetek 27xt that doesn't respond to some functions or settings and some times it sort of "freezes". For ex.. It doesn't read voltage in the low settings.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cool Car Circuit Needed!
I'm looking for a sequential turn signal circuit. When I flip the turn signal switch, 3 lights will light up in this order: 1, 1-2, 1-2-3, off. Then the sequence will repeat until I disengage the switch. My car flasher has a 1Hz frequency.
Any ideas will be greatly...
