need circuit using bjt and op amp

op amp using bjt two decade = 40dB? It should be a voltage amp with cascade structure, which I assume you know what it means. It's a pretty general topic. You'd better ask your instructor for more details.

Looking for BJT models compatible with any CMOS process

BJT models as I know, it's protected by IP, and almost impossible to find online...

what is the typical value of Mosfet?

It depends on the speed requirement.

Which book is better? Gray or Grebene?

I think Thomas Lee's book has been deleted from this forum. Anyone knows the reason?

how to realize a current reference with constant gm*R?

maybe David Jones' book has some relevant discussion.

how to become a mixed-signal IC designer?

I guess what qslazio means is to have a better understanding on 'real' signals, analog and digital.

What is the future for CMOS Analog IC Designers ?

In a long run (or near future), bio tech will definitely boom. Analog IC should have broad application on it.

    Question about HSpice & Spectre

That's great! Ted, thanks for sharing this out. If we didn't know this, where could we find definition of CALCACM, ACM levels?

Resources to start learning gmC design

How to start gmC design Please refer to David Johns book, Analog Integrated Circuit Design. Purpose of GmC is to have a linear relationship between input I and output V. There are several ways to obtain constant Gm. For CMOS, you can apply triode region, constant drain voltage... Please check...

    Suggestion on circuit fabrication process

Re: Fabrication Those are exactly what I wanted to say. I think SCMOS and your steps are good enough to have a successful chip. Actually the actual model is not guarantee if you don't simulate your circuits carefully. In addition, for ESD, if you don't have any special reason, the pad mosis...

How to install NCSU CDK pack ?

NCSU CDK You can get NCSU CDK pack free on ncsu site. It's not hard to be installed. You can put most of the setup file under directory called 'cdssetup'. As DoctorX said, all model files are included. But they are scalable, not accurate.
