The simulation of ICX
all the pins have been routed . However when I want to simulate the PCB board ,there are some fine green lines (not the bold green lines).For the fine green lines,some simulation results are incorrect. Who can help me to solve the problem.

in general ,we all use the IBIS model to simulate the design when the frenquecy is under 600M .Howerver when the F is up to 800MHz, 1.5GHz,10G and so on , how we to simulate the design and what the model can we use ,and what type of soft can we to use .
