You can get Ronn by par('V(in,out)/i(Mn)') and Ronp by par('V(in,out)/i(Mp)').
The Ron=Ronn||Ronp.
You may add a load capacitor at the output of your switch.
Re: Problem with this CMFB
Your cmfb will make your output node stable. In your simple CMFB, the output voltage will depend on you adjustment on the size of transistor. It may get the Vdd/2, but it needs time and patience.
A better way to get a certain output common voltage, you'd better use...
current mirror op amp
First you should define your branch current base on your spec.
And then choose the each transistor's W/L ratio on your Gm/Id value.
If you use scope to see the waveform, the .probe and .print is the same.
The different between is that .probe will draw node voltage schematic in .lis file.
And .print will print the node value in .lis file.
Can you test this two together and see the different in .lis.
Re: how to get hspice level 1 model from the level 49 mode
The lamda will change with width and other parameters.
Though you get lamda hand calculation is very inaccurate now.
overdrive voltage 5v
First Vov will not precisely predict the performance of circuit in short channel.
Now circuit designers use Gm/Id or Vdsat intead of Vov.
Big Vdsat will be good for matching.
Small Vdsat will bring big Gm/Id, and is good for power efficient.
For present design, the...
I guess 6.8p capacitor may be the requirement of your system.
Too big resistor will degrade the cm voltage on input node for the reason of voltage division.
